We are happy to provide a CARFAX report for any vehicle upon request when you visit. Additionally, we include the VIN in each vehicle listing, so you can easily access the CARFAX report on your own before coming in.
Negotiation:
We do not negotiate prices over the phone, except in special circumstances. Our priority is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their vehicle choice. For that reason, we ask that the vehicle be viewed and test-driven before any pricing discussions take place.
We pride ourselves on offering high-quality vehicles at fair and affordable prices. As such, please do not expect significant discounts beyond a few hundred dollars from the listed price. Our pricing reflects the necessary costs to keep our business running smoothly, without unnecessary markups.
Trades:
At this time, we do not accept trade-ins. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Communication:
We value hearing from our customers and assisting in any way we can. However, due to our busy schedule, please allow up to 24 hours for a response. While we aim to reply much sooner, we want to ensure we provide thoughtful and thorough answers.
We strive to maintain a positive and respectful environment for both our staff and customers. Should we experience disrespectful communication, or feel threatened in any way, we reserve the right to end the conversation or ask the individual to leave our property.
Appointments:
While customers are welcome to visit during our open hours, we kindly request that you contact us to schedule an appointment beforehand. This ensures that the right staff is available to assist you, providing the best possible experience.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment at the agreed-upon time, we offer a 20-minute grace period. If we do not receive prior notice of your delay or cancellation, we will proceed with our day, and your appointment will be considered cancelled.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice of cancellation may result in the suspension of further communication. When we schedule appointments, we allocate time and resources to ensure we can provide the best possible service. No-shows without notice disrupt our ability to serve all our customers efficiently, and we do not want to waste valuable time.
Viewing Vehicles:
We take great pride in keeping our vehicles in excellent condition. We ask that customers treat them with the same respect during their visit. Please avoid actions that may cause any damage or alter the condition of the vehicle, such as revving the engine, tampering with the engine components, or dismantling parts.
Customers are responsible for any damages that occur during their visit or when handling the vehicle. Any potential repairs or maintenance costs will be their responsibility.
Test Drives:
Before a test drive, we require a copy of the driver’s valid license with accurate, up-to-date information. An employee must accompany you during the drive.
Customers assume full liability for any damages or losses during the test drive and are responsible for any repairs or fixes needed afterward.
Test drives are limited to 30 minutes, and the vehicle may not be taken off-site for any inspections or evaluations.
Deposits:
We require a deposit of $500 to hold a vehicle. You will have three days to return and complete the purchase of the vehicle.
All deposits are non-refundable. If we hold a vehicle for you and you decide not to purchase it, the deposit will not be returned, as the vehicle could have been sold to another customer during the time it was reserved.
Purchasing a Vehicle:
As required by Indiana state law, a 7% sales tax will be applied to all vehicle purchases. Additionally, a $99 document fee will be added to cover title and paper plate processing.
All of our vehicles are sold "as-is," which means we are not obligated to repair or address any issues once the vehicle is in your possession. However, we are always happy to provide recommendations for services or repairs if needed.
